Event Policies

Payment Terms

• 30% deposit required to secure booking.
• Full payment due 14 days before event date.
• Additional charges may apply for extended hours or special requests.

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund (minus admin fee) for cancellations 30+ days before event.
• 50% refund for cancellations 15-29 days before event.
• No refund for cancellations within 14 days of event.
